Pionex.US provides customers with the ability to easily access and download their tax report so they may better prepare for tax season. This article answers basic questions about tax report and where to access them on the Pionex.US mobile and desktop platforms.
How to Download Tax Report
You can follow these steps to download your tax report on Pionex.US.
*Note: The tax report includes four documents: Form 8949, Capital Gains & Income, Transaction History, and the Pionex.US Tax Report Disclaimer.
On the mobile app
1. Click [Home] – [2022 Taxes] – [Download my tax report] on the app.
2. Select the “Calculation methods” you want, and click [Send].
3. You will receive the “[Pionex.US] Tax report exported” email, then click [Download].
On the website
1. Open the website and log in to your account, click [Taxes].
2. Select the “Calculation methods” you want, and click [Download].
3. You will receive the “[Pionex.US] Tax report exported” email, then click [Download].
