Different banks have different ways to send a wire, so please contact your bank directly for specific instructions on how to complete the deposit. You will receive the wire within 1-5 business days in general.<\/li><li><strong>Pionex does not charge fees on wire deposits<\/strong> and we will credit your account according to the actual amount received. Any other fees you may incur as a result of transferring funds into your account are charged by your sending or intermediary bank. We recommend reaching out to your bank prior to making a transfer to clarify any fees you may incur.<\/li><li><strong>Pionex is not responsible for any impact this has on your bank account.<\/strong>&nbsp; You should be aware that many banks are uncomfortable sending cryptocurrency-related wire transfers.<\/li><li><strong>Pionex can only process wire transfers on weekdays.<\/strong>&nbsp; USD Wire transfers can take up to one weekday to process.&nbsp; In rare cases it can take longer.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Pionex can only wire fiat to bank accounts in the name of the Pionex.US account owner.&nbsp; We can only accept wires from accounts in the name of the Pionex.US account owner.<\/li><li><strong>Pionex can\u2019t accept funds from<\/strong> Family fund, Wholly owned entity and Joint account, please confirm your bank account type before sending a wire.<\/li><li>You must include the correct memo(<strong>Unique reference code<\/strong>) in your USD wire transfers or they will not be credited.
